This customer was getting ready to sell her house and didn't want water damage to prevent the sale. So she called Thrasher to come out and inspect her home. Upon inspection, we found that the home's foundation had a lot of damage with moisture, broken walls, and sagging beams. To fix these issues, we installed WaterGuard, a full wall of CleanSpace, and installed a TripleSafe sump pump to control water. We swapped some anchor plates under warranty, we added new PowerBraces to another wall for more support. And we also added supplemental beams and Smart Jacks to support failing beams and sagging joists.
The customer was very happy with how everything turned out and relieved she didn't have to worry about these issues anymore.

This homeowner realized they had clogged gutters, which meant that rain wasn't draining far enough away from the house and might be soaking into the ground too close to their foundation. Thrasher offered a simple yet effective solution: Rain Drop GutterGuards. Our high-quality GutterGuards act as a protective barrier that prevents debris from entering the gutters and causing them to become clogged. They keep leaves, twigs, and other debris out of the gutters, which allows the water to flow and drain away from the home easily.

This customer was selling her home and called us to ensure there would be no surprises during closing. When we inspected, we found inward wall movement on her foundation walls. Due to expansive clay soil, one of the walls moved inward more than 1/2 inch and started to crack. To fix this, we installed our Caron Armor Wall Support system. This system stops inward wall movement caused by hydrostatic pressure.
