What made you choose our company:

I chose Erickson from ads I'd seen on tv. I felt that the whole team was very responsive and acted quickly. I do feel that while the Two Stage Waterproofing system installation with sump pump was explained in detail by the sales rep, the details of the FlexiSpan Crack Repair (which I chose) were a little lacking. Tyler, the installation person, did a good job of explaining that to me when he arrived. $1100 seemed like a lot of money for the small area that was worked on, but Tyler was very professional, well-spoken and did his job very competently. We'll see how things go when those spring rains start this year!
