I feel that the company has it's priorities correct. They want to resolve the basement issues primarily and secondly make money in the process.
The lady that answered the call was very good and was excellent in scheduling Jason to look at our basement. She was also good about contacting us regarding doing the job
Jason evaluated our issue, listened to and understood our concerns and limitations and created a solution that would work for us financially and be effective. Jason took as much time as we needed and answered every question, point or concern that we raised. We had just replaced our sump pump with a brand new Zoeller and Jason was fine with it being used in the project. He didn't feel the need to sell us another new pump.
Nick Carelli, Jesse Greene and Colin Brier were excellent. They arrived earlier than we had been told to expect, but Nick called to say that they were on their way and provided an ETA. Nick reviewed the job with us whist the guys did prep work and was able to work with our limitations on less than 10 feet clearance, power line running closer to the floor than 2 feet. When they were installing the drain liner, Nick came to to discuss the high water table and gave options should we want to increase the drainage ability. We agreed to have a second pump installed and at no time did we feel pressured to spend more on extra items. Nick merely told us about them and provided pro's and cons. He listened to our reasoning and then explained that that would mean to the project, We appreciated that Nick was informing us regarding the water table and not trying to sell us "add-ons". On completion of the job, Nick showed me everything and explain how it would all work. Nick explained how he had verified that both pumps were working correctly, both individually and together. He was incredibly patient and wouldn't leave until I ran out of questions. My wife also appreciated that the was no raised voices, foul language or smoking whilst the crew were in our home.
We were told that the work area would be swept clean, and it was. It will need further cleaning after the cement has fully cured, but the crew left it as clean as it could be. We were warned to expect cement dust over everything, but there is barely any.
Our neighbor saw your advert on television and suggested that we contact you. We didn't search for other companies as we were satisfied with our meeting with Jason.
