Before joining our Q1 team, Jay worked in the customer service industry, gaining over 10 years of experience. He understands the importance of providing each homeowner with a world-class customer service. He works closely with our production team, and our Sales Team to ensure exceptional customer services for each of our customers. Jay helps homeowners through the process when they are having their project installed. He will provide you with solutions and answers to all your needs.

In his spare time, Jay likes spending quality time with his family. He enjoys going to sports events with his friends and loves going to car shows.
