Comment: Had some flooding in december after a pump gave out. Replace the pump myself, but now it is a lingering odor that is coming up. Want to see what to do to mitigate, and also properly pipe up the pump (as mine was a quick install), and see if there are other things to do. the basement has an inside french drain system.

Comment: We were hoping to get an estimate on how much it would be to waterproof our basement. Whenever it rains a lot, we get water coming through the foundation (and around the water supply line through the foundation) in random places. Eventually the sump pump can remove enough water and it dries up, but we wanted to know how much it would be to finally solve the problem

Comment: I have been looking into the Sani-dry basement dehumidifier system. We have a damp basement and have looked into putting in french drains and a sump pump, but feel like what we really need is an industrial size dehumidifier. We are interested in getting an estimate on installing the Sani-dry dehumidifier.

Comment: We have been customers for over 10 years. We have had the original SaniDry dehumidifier since 2006 but it appears to have stopped working. The motor runs, but the blower has stopped blowing. Even if I switch to "continuous on", there is no blower. I don't know if this can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced. We just had our annual service. Please call with estimate for both repair and/or replace. Thank you.
