Person on phone was polite, but failed to follow up a few times with phone calls in confirming new appointments which had to be moved due to materials not coming in. Confirming appointments is important for clients to be able to plan work schedules/time off, etc.
Very good service. However, he discouraged us from hiring you guys to install baseboard trim. Luckily the installers handled it, gave me a price for the additional work, and did the work. They were great!
They were the best! No complaints, no drama, polite, fast, and good quality work. The fellow in charge was proactive about my needs for installing baseboard and was able to provide estimate and do the extra work the next day. I am very pleased.
They cleaned up and left no debris. Excellent!
What made you choose our company:
I think we received a mailer. This combined with the commercials ongoing throughout the years created a feeling of trust. There is also an impression that the owner is a hands on, proactive fellow always learning new technologies as demonstrated by client education of problems and their solutions through TV ads, pamphlet materials, booklet, and to a bit lesser extent the sales person. You guys also seem to specialize in basements and although there may be competition, I wasn't aware of any companies offering such a comprehensive specialization in BASEMENTS.
