Danny Oestreich was our tech. Danny came twice . First to diagnose the problem and then again to fix it. I don't often take the time to send an email like this but do to the outstanding service that I received , I am compelled to. Danny represents both himself and your company at the highest level. I recently retired from a 35 year in the retail business. I learned early on that the kind of people the represent me to the customer would make or break my success. Danny is the kind of person I looked for. I also had the opportunity to observe him training a new tech. Trust me when I tell you, he is a good teacher with high standards. Simply put , Danny is the type of person that I want providing service in my home.Great Job!!!
