The workers that finally executed our remodel were fantastic. Everything leading up to the install was a nightmare.

The communication between customer to call rep to workers is lacking.

Then 2 men that initially came to our home were wonderful. Their presentation and knowledge was what sold us on the $20,000 project. However, what was told to us that day was not what ended up happening. There were added costs, project delays, loans expiring due to the company taking too long, and disregard for the headaches we endured.

The last installation crew were great! They let our 9 yr old autistic son watch/help them through the whole process. They never once complained bout him hanging around. On the last day they have him a hat and shirt which just hand this year! If it wasn't for these 2 men repairing the relationship for your company I would be posting many negative reviews all over the web.

The crew left no mess, were polite, and clean.
