Call rep to confirm appointments was very good. Call rep for service needed was ok - I needed work because of errors by project team that both teams said they would resolve and didn't and I was told I still needed to wait weeks to have the mistake fixed.
Rich was good and responsive to questions. He thought I needed to cut walls but because of foam insulation project team advised against it.
Drain team was good. Though they had not received message from Rich sales guy that my walls should be cut and they said they were not able to complete the work in one day with walls needing to be cut. Then they determined that walls should not be cut at all. They worked hard, made one error on placement of port and said that could be fixed by flooring install team but they didn't inform the company so flooring team arrived and couldn't add a new port. Then flooring them said they would leave part of flooring missing and they would put in for a service call to come install port quickly. I never got a call about the service call and when I called it was not known or being scheduled. Seemed like there were communication issues between install teams and Corp/service team.
Place was left clean. Teams were very good (with exception of communications with corporate).
