I think you have a great product and I did a lot of preparation for the job. The work, I think, is great. I did run into a few snags along the way. On the 1st day, I came home at 5pm...I was shocked to pull in my driveway and see both garage doors left open, the door from the garage into the basement open, the door from the basement to the side of my house left open!!! Every door and every light was on!!!! I called my production manager, Ferdinand G. and left him a voicemail. He called me back an hour later to ask me what happened as he couldn't hear the message( I called from a cell phone). I began to tell him what happened and he found it very difficult to believe that his crew could have left my house that way. I had a man doing tile work upstairs in my kitchen...he left at 1:30 and said goodbye to the crew. I have another man who uses my garage for storage, he was there that day as well..he left at 12:15. Ferdinand told me to "keep an open mind" thinking that maybe my tile guy or the other man could have left the garage and other doors open.... they left HOURS before CT Basement left. We spoke for maybe 39 minutes..he said he would find out which team or crew was working at my house and PROMISED to call me back the next day. He did not. I never received an apology. The crew came the next day finished the job and did a great job. The following day, the electrician came by and did his part. He noticed that I was charged for two pumps which I did not have. I was pleased that he called the office to check and gave me a new total, which I was very happy about! Other than the garage doors left open which meant my house was open to the public, I am satisfied with the job. I would have appreciated an apology and acknowledgement of the crew's mistake. I hope that you will I Service all your crews to walk around the homes and double check everything before they leave.

I was very impressed with my initial meeting with Pat Moran (who is no longer working at CT Basement) and Ferdinand. They took their time and explained the whole project to me. They were at my house for 3 hours. Ferdinand was very knowledgeable and professional.

When everything was done..my house was left clean...some pipes were left outside, so I will have to go to the dump to get rid of them.
