Had a crawlspace encapsulation done by ITG in local area. While the install was very satisfactory, some years later I needed some work done on my dehumidifier (CX-109). ITG informed me that unit was out of date and they could no longer get parts or service it. Conveniently they offered to sell me a new one for $2500. Basement Systems stepped in, had parts in stock and was able to recommend action for local repair. Voila, un it is fixed and Basement Systems even got me new filters. Their customer service is awesome. Even though they didn't install, they treated me like they had. Awesome, awesome company. ITG, not so much. Thanks Basement Systems and Tim Johnston in particular.

Tim Johnston is awesome. Did everything he could to help me troubleshoot and it turned out that his advice was spot on. Gave me access to parts that others said were unavailable. Turned a potential $2500 bill into $50 for filters and $100 service call. Great employee of a company that obviously stands behind not only their work but others as well.

Everyone we dealt with was professional and followed up exactly as they said they would. Great company to deal with. Appreciate all they did for me.
