Job review from Lynch in West Hartford, CT 06119 on 08/15/23

This was the second attempt at the service call and AI, who we originally requested is excellent. Despite requesting him, you scheduled a different person, who called from the road and I told him we requested AI and this is the third time the office did this to us. Next the office called to cancel the appt as they did not schedule enough time for it. This is after waiting around for over 4 hours. It was rescheduled and we were told it would be 9 am, first appt of the morning and he would call 30 minutes b4. When I did not hear from him, I called the office at 9:20 and was told he was 40 minutes away. He showed up an hour later around 10:20 and said he told them on Firday afternoon that he would need to setup is truck and would not be here by 9 yet no one bothered to communicate that to us, even after the previous fiasco.
