Connecticut Basement Systems is extremely professional, efficient, and they work in a timely manner.
The call representative worked with me and my schedule to find an appropriate time for an evaulation. She was courteous, and understanding .
My sales representative was Bret and he was phenomenal to work with. Not only was he knowledgeable and considerate. He never pushed an order to make a sale. He listened and provided the best solutions that worked for me and my budget.
The installation crew was timely, neat, and extremely hard-working. Everyone knew what had to be done, and they worked cohesively as one unit to get it all accomplished. I was extremely impressed.
The crew cleaned as they went, which made it easy when the project was finished. As for cleanup as a homeowner, there was nothing that had to be done other than moving furniture back to their original positions.

Greg did a great job in explaining the best system for us and the installation crew was on time...
