I found management to be highly responsive, knowledgeable, didn’t talk me into things I didn’t need and honestly told me when something wouldn’t work.
On the phone the representatives quickly put me in touch with the right representatives.
Mick and Jeff were excellent. We didn’t do a full perimeter based on the design of my basement. We ended up extending our original installation and after this 1000 year flood I am happy to say I came home from vacation to two sump pumps chugging away and a dry basement!
My crew had to dig out through ledge. It wasn’t an easy install and through it all they were pleasant, arrived on time, and got the job done.
My basement was left extremely clean. They minimized the amount of dust while working and it never got up into the main portion of my home.

What made you choose our company:
I read a lot of reviews and people were happy with results. I wasn’t talked into things I didn’t need and when I had questions, management was made available to me since mine was not an easy solution. What I can say is that I am extremely happy with our results and we made it through the 1000 year storm. Before this I was flooding with every heavy rainstorm. Important to me will always be servicing our sump pumps on a regular basis to ensure we are always protected.
