When we bought our house, the crawlspace with "ratslab" flooded when it rained. There was no moisture barrier and the wood beams had a little mold. It was dark and dirty. Our plumbing and electric were accessible but contractors would come up from there with muddy sandy shoes that damaged our wood floors. Now all that mess is sealed below a bright white waterproof barrier. We have LED lights now near our new pumps. The dehumidifier ensures we have no mold. Our coat closet is the access point for the crawl. Now our coats don't pick up any scent from down there. We are quite pleased with the product and service.

My basement leaked for years and was moldy and not habitable and smelled horrible do to water seeping in thru the wall and floor. Installed a basement dehumidification system (SaniDry) with Healthy Basement Systems. It was easy to get an inspection and estimate, and the actual installation was quick and professional. Their guy took a look around the rest of the basement and pointed out problems to watch out for, but didn't try to sell us immediately on any other work. Hopefully there will be no need, but we'd absolutely call on them if we need any more substantial basement work in the future.
