Chris from HBS was very patient with my initial in person and follow up email questions. He explained the reasons for their approach as compared with more conventional methods of dealing with crawlspace moisture. I was given a written proposal after his inspection and consultation.I opted for a crawlspace encapsulation system with dehumidifier.He was present for the installation as well. While it was not a "hard sell" on his partthere was a bit of pressure to make a decision as I was given 3 days to decide in order to receive the discounted promotional price. I would have preferred longer (a week or 10 days) but this is better than some companies I have dealt with which required a decision that day to obtain a promotional discount. The installers were thorough and appear to have done a good job with minimal disruption and cleaned up the work area before leaving.
