He was very professional and gave me confidence wthat he knew hwo to fix the crack in my wall. He patiently answered my questions and provided an estimate I could live with. Craig came to my house on April 27th to repair the wall. He was also very professional and explained what he was doin every step of the way. He helped me to understand why the previous attempted repair (by another contractor) did not work. He explained why this repair would stop the leak and patiently answered my questions. Just wanted to say thank you to Craig who did an excellent job on my basement this past Friday. He was such a pleasure to have work on my basement as I was not feeling well and extremely tired. I barely heard him coming and going. When he had finished the work before sealing up the space he showed me what he did and did a water test in front of me which left me feeling confident about the repair. Craig is truly a gem of an employee!
