The concrete steps leading up to the entry of Susan's Kirkwood, NY home settled and were leaning hard to one side. The problem started small and seemed to get worse each year becoming a hazard for her, her family and their guests. After learning about PolyLevel and what it can do she set out to find some one near her that could apply it to her situation. Lifting the steps back into place is a much simpler, cheaper, quicker and cleaner way to solve the problem. She called us and set up her free estimate appointment through our Customer Care Department. Our expert PolyLevel Design Specialist, Joe, provided a thorough inspection on the steps and provided Susan with a same day proposal for us to complete the work. Then the installation date was set. Our Installation crew, led by Richard, worked well as a team to accomplish the job and Susan was grateful that the hazard was mitigated before winter.

Angelo wanted his beautiful home to have a beautiful sidewalk. The sidewalk wasn't only an eyesore but it was also a danger to anyone who walked up to his front door. Our crews used a concrete leveling system called Polylevel. We inject foam under the slave and lift the concrete back into place. Now Angelo will never have to worry about his concrete again.

Every time she had visitors Connie worried about her sidewalk. her concern was they could slip or trip on her uneven sidewalk. Connie had 2 areas of her concrete where she was having problems. Not only was the concrete un-level it also looked rough. Our crews leveled and sealed Connie's sidewalks. Now she can be proud when people come to visit.
