What a difference a day makes. In Liverpool, NY the crawlspace below the family room was settling and there was moisture. After seeing us on TV, they decided to schedule their free estimate. Design Specialist, Andy, made his way to the home and began to inspect the basement. He came up with a plan to help the Liverpool family with their crawlspace concerns. We installed Cleanspace to encapsulate the crawlspace, SilverGlo to insulate the foundation walls and rim joists, Terrablock to insulate the crawlspace floor and a Sanidry to filter the air and maintain the proper humidity. The difference is dramatic. The family can rest assured that the flooring system is structurally sound and safe from mold and wood rot. Before we tackled this Liverpool, NY home's crawlspace, a musty odor was a daily inconvenience for the homeowners who wanted a permanent fix. After seeing our ad on TV they scheduled their free estimate. One of our Design Specialists, Damani, provided them with a full inspection and a same day proposal for fixing the crawlspace. By installing Cleanspace and a Sanidry, the home owners gained dry usable space and improved the air quality in their entire home. While we were there we sistered some joists that had but negatively impacted by the humid environment in the crawlspace. By finishing up with the addition of a SmartJack system, the unstable flooring system is now rock solid.  The installation team led by Hunter made quick work of a difficult job and kept the home owners informed every step of the way.
