Before tackling the dampness in this Chelsea, NY crawl space, water in the crawl space was a constant worry for the homeowner, especially during rain - notice the pooling water and looming issues in the first picture. This is a home that was purchased and had a SONYMA rehab loan by M & T Bank, this was where the customer buys the home and has special financng to do some repairs to be able to get into the home.

We did all new Gutters and a complete basement waterproofing system.
