So far I am satisfied with the job you did for me. I thought the installation crew was professional. The office staff was professional and my experience with them was good. I thought the sales man and his presentation were also professional. The cleanup was satisfactory. Overall, one of the top reasons why I hired you instead of another company wans because you are bonded and your years of service. My plan is to go into the crawlspace to inspect the job.

The installation crew was very nice and the work was very good and the clean up too. the office staff was great and my salesman had a presentation that just really sold me. I heard about regional from both the TV and the internet. My top 2 reasons for choosing your company over another was 1- I liked Ted and 2- your office staff was extremely courteous. I had found out about Regional on the internet and had seen them on TV too. i was satisfied with the work that they completed for me, it looks good. The installation crew, lead by Jomaine, did a gret job with the clean up. My salesman, David, was friendly and his presentation was good but the price compared to others was the deciding factor for me.

So far, I am exremely pleased with the job Regional has done. The Installers did an outstanding job. The Reps presentation was very thorough. I chose Regional because they were the first to get back to me, and offered a nice discount.

I was very satisfied with the job but the problem is not solved. The installation crew was friendly, courteous, and professional. The salesman was ok. He made an incorrect assessment of work needed. I am disappointed that I still haven't had a follow up call as of 11/24 for the additional work needed to address the issue.
