The installation crew was very knowledgeable and my experiance with the office staff was excellent, as was the salesman and his presentation. Cleanup was satisfactory. I heard about Regional Waterproofing on TV.

After 1 day, so far, very satisfied with the work performed. The installation crew was very professional, skilled, and courteous. Did not have much contact with the office staff. Thought salesman identified an issue that was better addressed by other company and didn't try to oversell. Heard about Regional through a website, Angie's list. Overall, the top reason I chose Regional Waterproofing over another company was because of quick response to assess problems and provide an estimate, able to perform the work reasonably soon thereafter. You are way overpriced! The installers were clearly skilled, but I don't see the materials and labor cost adding up to more than $1000.00. Even with reasonable overhead and profit maybe $2,000. I feel that $4,830.75 was at least twice what this job should have cost me.

I didn't request another company to bid. I trusted the salesman and Regional's reputation. Regional's crew was great. Joe, Earl, Otis and JJ all did excellent work and are good guys. James did an excellent job by staying on top of the project. Thanks to Von as well. At this time I don't know of anyone who might be in need of your services. If we need any other work done, we will call Regional.
