Our crew led by Jason Hines installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System using the 20 mil CleanSpace Liner. By sealing off the crawl space we are able to lower the moisture and humidity that can cause a problem such as wood rot.

This homeowner in Wilmington, NC had issues with moisture problems that had caused hanging insulation and beginning signs of moisture issues. The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System is designed to protect the home from moisture that can cause problems like wood rot, mold and mildew. David contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after he saw our commercial on WECT TV about moisture in his crawlspace at his home in Wilmington, NC.

We scheduled for one of our design specialists, Maurice, to go out and inspect the home. After the inspection, Maurice met with David to discuss what he proposed which is to have the crawlspace encapsulated. David couldn't wait to get the project started.

Our crew led by EJ, first started by removing the debris and insulation. Next, they did the Mold Remediation and they installed the Cleanspace Crawl Space Encapsulation System which consist of Wrap Piers, 20 mil Cleanspace liner, Silverglo & Rim Joist Insulation, Seal Vents, SandiDry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Discharge Line, Lawnscape Outlet, and Custom built Crawlspace Door out of PVC so it doesn't rust.

Hank called Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after seeing one of our commercials on the television about our crawl space encapsulation system. Hank had a crawl space that had a thin plastic vapor barrier that over the years had become ripped and no longer served the purpose of helping to keep his crawl space dry. Southeast's inspector Randy Johnson met with Hank to go over the best solution for keeping his crawl space dry. The crew, led by Larry Eldridge, installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System which included our 10 mil liner, SilverGlo, a Sanidry CX, Sump Pump and our custom crawl space door as a finishing touch. Hank is a happy customer with his dry crawl space.
