Betty contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with moisture in her crawl space. She had a vapor barrier installed a few years before along with a dehumidifier however the problems that she was experiencing still persisted. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal the crawl space from moisture along with installing the Sedona Dehumidifier we can lower the humidity and moisture in the crawl space.

They installed the 20 mil, CleanSpace Liner, along with replacing the already moldy insulation with SilverGlo Insulation Panels and outfitted the crawl space with a sump pump system along with the specially designed Sedona Dehumidifier.

Georgia contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair with concerns about cracks in the ceiling, and moisture in the crawl space.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Brannon, to go out and inspect the home. After the inspection Brannon proposed an encapsulation and some smart jacks.

Our crew led by Pedro, started by installing the smart jacks in the designated places. Next they installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System.
