Unfortunately, this customers crawl space fell victim to moisture damage. The first project they wanted to tackle was the rotted subfloor. Our team treated the space for mold growth then carefully removed and replaced the floor with new material. 

Art contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about water that was entering the basement of his home in New Bern, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Andy Pittman met with Art to go over the problems and concerns to find the best possible solution for the home. Andy found that the water was entering the basement from the basement walls and the best solution would be to install the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System. By installing the WaterGuard System we are able to catch the water when it entering the basement, direct it to the Triple Safe Sump Pump System and then out of the home.
