To provide a secure, weathertight, and easily accessible entry point to this customers crawl space, we installed our Turtl Access Well. Made of durable plastic, the Turtl resists rot and corrosion unlike wooden or metal entry doors. Additionally, it comes with a lockable feature for the homeowners peace of mind and security! 

To intercept water at the wall/floor joint, we installed our WaterGuard Interior Drainage System. Water will then be directed to the TripleSafe Sump System to ensure this basement remain dry! 

Jesse contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after seeing one of our ad's in the paper. Jesse was experiencing water coming into his basement when it rained. SEFR inspector Graham Moore met with Jesse and found that the basement would benefit from our WaterGuard System along with a TrenchDrain to catch and remove any water that tired to enter the home. Jesse and his wife are happy with the results that the WaterGuard and TrenchDrain are doing to keep their basement dry.

Every time it rained this crawl space would flood. Our permanent solution to ensure the space no longer flooded was to install a high-quality crawl space sump pump and drainage matt through out the space that prevents water from pooling on the dirt floor and creates a channel for the water to drain directly to the sump pump system to be removed from crawl space and away from the home.
