Ronald contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about moisture issues with the crawl space of his Willow Springs, NC home. After our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System our crew replaced the old wooden crawl space door with a custom in-house built PVC Door. Ronald was thrilled with the crawl space encapsulation and the new PVC Door that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect his home. 

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was installed throughout this crawl space to prevent moisture from seeping in. This barrier will also prevent the growth of mold, which can cause structural damage to the building. The barrier is very durable, and will last many years, providing long-term protection for the crawl space.

Using CleanSpace Vapor Barrier and sealing the rim joists and open vents in this customers crawl space, our team successfully sealed the space ensuring outside moisture and pesky pests stay OUTSIDE!
