This crawl space was damp and musty The high humidity levels damaged the walls and insulation. Using our CleanSpace vapor barrier system, we encapsulated the space and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to remove excess moisture.

This home in Hamlet, NC had standing water in the crawl space.  Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help this customer by installing the EZ Flow Waterproofing System to get rid of the water and keep it out and by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to protect the home from water and high humididty.

Ross called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he knew that the had a problem in the crawl space of his home with standing water and started to notice sagging floor in the inside of his home. Our inspector Graham Moore met with Ross and found that the issues that the home was experiencing could be fixed with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This crawl space in Erwin, NC was a nasty, mold ridden mess. Our crew was able to transform the crawl space by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, they installed the 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo Insulation Panels, SaniDry Sedona and a SmartSump to get rid of any moisture in the crawl space that can cause mold and wood rot. They also used the Mold-X 2 Mold Spray to get rid of existing mold on the crawl space of the home.

Chester contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he had noticed that there were some sagging floors in his home in Erwin, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Chester to go over the crawl space of the home and find out what was causing the sagging floor issues that he was experiencing. Chris found that Chester's problems were due to softwood caused by a moisture problem and the best way to stabilize the wood would be to install the Smart Jack System along with a steel beam to raise the floors back level until he could afford to take care of the moisture issue. Chester was thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to help his home.
