Janet contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about moisture and mold in the crawlspace at her home in Fayettevillle, NC.
SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Patrick, to go out and inspect the home. After the inspection, Patrick met with Janet to go over what he found and proposed would be the best proposal for her home repair needs.
Our crew led by Rayford, first started by removing any debris and insulation. Next, they did the Mold X2 Remediation. Lastly, they installed 10 mil Cleanspace liner, Wrap Piers, SilverGlo and Rim Insulation, Seal Vents, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Discharge Line, LawnScape Outlet, and a Turtle Crawlspace Entrance. Now she can enjoy a clean and dry crawlspace.

Kim called Southeast concerned about their crawl space having standing water after Hurricane Matthew. Inspector Graham Moore met with Kim about having our CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed in the crawl space to get rid of any water that was standing. The Southeast crew led by Ricky Warren encapsulated the crawl space with our 10 mil liner, Silver Glo, Sanidry CX and a Sump Pump to keep the crawl space free of any water.
Harold called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after doing internet research about having a vapor barrier under the home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did a full Clean Space Encapsulation on the home along with getting rid of the nasty ugly green crawl space door and replacing it with a beautiful white crawl space door. Harold and his wife are happy with having a great clean area along with a fantastic looking door for years to come.
Jeffrey contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about this sagging floors at his home in Fayetteville, NC. Southeast's owner Chris Hunter met with Jeffrey to find out what was causing Jeffrey's floors to sag. Jeffrey had a high amount of moisture in his call space which has over time caused the structural beams of the home to start to give. Then, we would come back with our Smart Jack System to stabilize the structural beams to level the floors of the home out from years of neglect. Jeffrey is happy to not only have a healthier home, but level floors again.
