Phillip contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about sinking floors and moisture issues at his home in Fremont, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Patrick met with Phillip to go over the crawl space of the home and find the best solution to fix his home. Our crew lead by Ronald installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Repair System along with the Smart Jack Stabilization System.  By pairing the two systems, Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair can address the issues of the sinking floors by stabilizing and raising the floors back to their original position. The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System seals the crawl space from moisture that had actually caused the wood in the crawl space to soften and start to sag. SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialist, Derek to go out and do an inspection of the crawl space and foundation. After speaking with William and showing him what was found during the inspection, Derek proposed Mold Remediation for the mold issue, and to encapsulate for the moisture issues, and Smart Jacks for the sagging floors as the best solution to fix his home.

Our crew led by Joshua, first went in and done the Mold X remediation, and then installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with the Smart Jack Stabilization System. By pairing the two systems, SEFR can address the issues of the sagging floors by stabilizing the floors back to their original position and The CleanSpace  Encapsulation System seals the crawl space from moisture and mold issues.

While having the CleanSpace Encapsulation done Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair installed a new custom crawl space door. Anthony is thrilled with the results.

Bryan had a high moisture issues and nasty crawl space in his home in Parkton, NC. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to remedy the issue by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By sealing off the crawl space from the outside earth, and installing a dehumidifier and sump sump we are able to protect the crawl space from high moisture levels and humidity.

Joe contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair having concernes about the vapor barrier that was installed in the crawl space of the home. We where able to replace the vapor barrier with our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System getting rid of the clear 6 mil liner and replacing it with our CleanSpace Liner.
