Linda contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after been concerned about the high moisture levels in her crawl space. This customer had a old dehumidifier when Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did a CleanSpace Encapsulation System we exchanged this old beat up dehumidifier for our SaniDry CX Dehumidifier.

Doug contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he had started to notice moisture issues in the crawl space of this home in Fork, SC. The crawl space of the home had falling insulation, mold issues along with standing water in the crawl space. We where able to help Doug with his crawl space issues by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace System is designed to eliminate a dirt crawl space that causes high humidity by allowing water to enter the crawl space from vents and crawl the grounds natural water vapor. By encapsulating the crawl space we are able to ensure that water isn't able to get into the crawl space and damage the crawl space of the home. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Andy met with Carey to go over the crawl space of the home. Andy found that Carey's problems were due to high moisture and standing water and the best solution would be to seal off the crawl space from the earth's ground with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Our crew installed the CleanSpace System by installing the SilverGlo Paneling of the perimeter walls to insulate the crawl space, then they installed the CleanSpace Liner along with a SmartSump and Sedona Dehumidifier. They also installed the SmartJack System to stabilize and raise part of the floor that had started to sag due to the high moisture level.
