To prevent moisture from entering the crawl space, our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier system was installed on the floor, piers, and walls. 

The crawl space encapsulation process seals your crawl space from outside air and moisture. By encasing the walls and floor of the crawl space in a waterproof material such as CleanSpace Vapor Barrier and SilverGlo Insulation, the encapsulation process prevents moisture from entering the space and damaging the structure of the home. It also helps to regulate the temperature and humidity in the space, creating an overall healthier environment.

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair made another customer happy with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Using our 20 mil liner, SilverGlo, a SmartSump and our SaniDry CX Dehumidifer we where able to clean up and make this nasty crawl space a CleanSpace.

The homeowner was concerned about his home after noticing that he had started to get sagging floors in different parts of this home. He crawled into the crawl space of his home and found that the crawl space had high moisture level, and that there was wood rot and failing support beams. We also installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to get rid of the problem that was causing the wood rot.
