Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Ben met with Dixon to go over the crawl space to find the best solution for his issues. Ben found that even though the crawl space had a vapor barrier installed the open areas around the foundation walls and piers where allow moisture vapor to enter causing issues with hanging insulation and mold growth.
