This troubled basement was covered with water damage from rain water that would find its way inside after every storm. Our talented crew installed a CleanSpace wall system, a WaterGuard subfloor drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a few other of our top-quality patented products. Water no longer stands a chance against this basement!

Humidity, mold growth, and a ripping plastic covering was starting to create problems for this crawl space. It was only a matter of time before the thin plastic would fail and bring the home under code and cause problems such as mold growth from high humidity. We installed our CleanSapce vapor barrier which is designed to protect crawl spaces from moisture getting into the air, and it is extremely durable.

This formerly damp and moldy basement got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace wall system. After treating and removing all mold, the walls were then sealed with our CleanSpace. Made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, our CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier on the market. Paired with WaterGuard, our interior subfloor drainage system - moisture nor mold stand a chance in this basement now. 

Keeping this crawl space dry was not emergency but rather, a precaution. The homeowner knew that the older the house gets the more likely mold growth and complications from humidity are likely to arise. To combat this, we installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier and SaniDry dehumidifier to keep the air dry.
