This troubled basement had water getting inside every time it rained via the gap between the basement wall and floor. We solved this problem by installing a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system to capture and redirect water at its very entry point and a CleanSpace wall system to cover and protect the space from humidity and water vapors.
