Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition. It's the most durable vapor barrier on the market! Once installed, our CleanSpace seals, covers, and protects the area from moisture, humidity, and even winter drafts. 

Our team replaced this customers homemade crawl space door with our EverLast Door to create an airtight seal. 

Experiencing moisture through condensation and water vapor is a major issue within dirt crawl spaces. This crawl space also was amassing debris that attracts rodents and other creatures. We cleaned it out and applied a vapor barrier, greatly improving its state.

Short term solutions inside a crawl space, like fiberglass insulation, consistently fail homes just like this one. To provide a more durable system we installed thermal insulation along the walls of the crawl space, instead of below the first level’s floor, and wrapped It in CleanSpace vapor barrier. Now the air inside the crawl space can be more accurately monitored and controlled.

This retreat center had a sunken and separated retaining wall. We permanently stabilized the walls with GeoLock wall anchors. Not only does this system stop the wall from settling any further, but it can also straighten the walls back to their original position overtime.
