Kevin was very professional and willing to explain products. He recommended good products, but the jack post was very expensive - and it would not have corrected the problem as the beam needed to be replaced. We hired our own carpenter to replace beam at considerably less expense. My hunch is that your company over charges for jack posts.

I found your company doing research on the Internet. Your company called me back right away! You all were great! Amanda super helpful in sending paper copies of all paperwork and Mitchell super friendly and explained everything before the install. I wish you could have used Concrobium mold killer instead of the other mold foggier that smelt quite strong. I also think your pricing for the jack post was too high. The encapsulation is absolutely working. My crawl space went from 86 humidity to 56 in a week with the encapsulation and a store bought dehumidifier. So thank you! We are living in a much cleaner, healthier home! I would definitely recommend your company and your people!
