Very pleasant and professional -- I had to leave them to it for the most part because I was tied up on teleconferences. Only issue I discovered after they left was no hole created for dehumidifier drainage. Hose was propped up in washer hose entry pipe (didn't fit). I don't have an issue at the moment with having transferred it to the wash sink, but don't know yet if that is too high for the dehumidifier to pump during humid seasons. If there's a problem, I'll need to have them come back to drill a hole for it in the cover, but it will likely be summer before I can assess the need for that. If it works fine on a sustained basis pumping up to the wash sink level, I will be fine with that arrangement.
