What made you choose our company:

On Saturday, September 7th during the hurricane, the power went out. My sump started on the backup battery. I had a concern and called the business line on a Saturday afternoon. After an initial phone problem I left a message and was contacted immediately after I hung up. I also spoke to one of the technicians who also called me back and went over the backup battery with me again and said he had a spare battery if needed. I did not need it. The battery lasted for the time my power was out which was around 20 hours. I so appreciate that someone was able to talk to me and settle my stress about it. I kind of forget about it all as it works so seamlessly. Thank you again for being there when I needed you.
