The system's working great - my dungeon's (and indeed, my entire house) has been dry since the installation of the system. I feel confident using the space for storage, knowing that the boxes will be safe from moisture and damage. I'm looking forward to seeing further benefits of the system once winter rolls around. One suggestion: It would be helpful to keep customers in the loop. If there's, oh, a delay in installation because of a back-order of the items, let the customers know before they get frustrated and contact you first. I know this behaviour's standard amongst companies doing any kind of work on homes (as I'm sure you've all experienced first-hand when you've had work done on your own places). Increased communication would really put your organization above and beyond in terms of customer satisfaction! Thanks! :)
