This home had some bowing walls in its foundation, caving in horizontally. PowerBraces were installed to hold the wall up, and we also put some sealant inbetween the stair-step cracks in the brick to seal out water and to better hold the bricks together.
This basement had a combined issue of foundation shifting and water leaking. We installed WaterGuard, PowerBraces, and a TripleSafe sump pump to fix the issues at hand.
This crawl space had sinking main beams because moisture was rotting away at them. We repaired the main beams by installing SmartJacks, which raised the beams back to their original state.
This basement wall was bowing in due to external pressure from the outsides of the basement. Hydro-static pressure combined with soil movement is able to do some nasty damage, especially to susceptible block foundations. We installed PowerBraces where the pressure was the most dangerous to the walls.
This home had a horizontal crack in the foundation wall. We used a helical pier system to stabilize and lift the foundation. If you look at the blue tape on the before picture, you can see the gap in the wall. In the after photo, you can see that the gap is gone.
