Steve did a very good job explaining product and process to us. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He responded immediately to all our questions and concerns. Great representative for your company - very genuine and not full of hot air like some of these other competitor's salesmen.
If we could give them a higher rating, we definitely would. Pat and his crew, Tyler and Nick, were fantastic...walked us through the entire process. They were very professional, extremely hardworking and knowledgeable. Did a good job of cleaning up the job site and kept us updated on everything during the two day process. Great bunch of guys...highly recommend them.
Crew did excellent job putting dirt back minus landscaping. However as a company, we feel you should be responsible for re-seeding any damage to the yard. We shouldn't have to do that. Had area 8 X 10 that needed reseeding. Should strive to leave yard as good as you found it. Again, not crew's fault. They did as instructed and strived to do as little damage as possible.
What made you choose our company:
Saw your booth at Home & Garden Center. Spoke with rep and liked the product. Then met with Steve Purdon at home to get an estimate. We've seen plenty of pushy salesmen with high pressure tactics...Steve was not this person. He was very knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with, making the experience a very good one. He was actually the only person who brought the proper equipment to assess the damage, of all the companies we got estimates from. Overall, very pleased with the Basement Doctor.
