What made you choose our company:

When you're choosing a company to do such an important job, sometimes it feels like roulette. I was apprehensive, but after meeting and talking with Steve Purdon, I believed I was in good hands. I made 2 changes to my work order and he accommodated me no problem. I was very happy with the work crew as well; TJ, Cody and Logan. They were punctual, polite and did a nice job. You can't even tell where they (hand) dug the drain for the sump pump. I had read bad reviews of other companies leaving the customer's yard a mess, but mine doesn't look like they ever dug a trench. I am glad I decided to have this work done and with Basement Doctors.
