Nick was onsite to assess the water leak in my basement and make repairs. The work was done quickly, neatly, and with good attention to detail. Nick was very courteous and professional; making a difficult situation much easier to cope with.

What made you choose our company:
More than 10 years ago the former owner of my home contracted with basement doctor to provide some water control before they finished the basement. We experienced some water damage that traced back to a window well drain installed by the Basement Doctor. Your technician Nick came to my home the day after the basement flooded and assessed the situation. Since the problem was due to the window well drain cover leaking, Basement Doctor stood behind their product and honored the lifetime warranty they offered to the previous home owner. There's not many companies that will stand behind their work or are even still in business to do so after 10 years. That level of service deserves recognition and Nick's professional attitude and outstanding work ethic need to be recognized.
