Michael was kind and very thorough. However I dont think the sale should be complete until a member of the installation team comes by for a quick assessment of the scheduled work. For us we had questions about the electric panel. We discussed it with Michael and thought we paid for it. When the electrician showed up he said otherwise. There was a moment of disagreement with the electrician and the installation crew of who would be responsible for that additional cost. After all was said and done I believe the salesperson ate that cost, however your company could avoid that and have better customer experience if a installer would do a walk through after the salesperson, just a suggestion.
Dave was kind and courteous. He kept me informed on what was going on and would show me and talk me through what was happening.
I had a ton of dust in the room to clean up and on the other levels of the house. Even with the machine and the plastic the team put up it wasn't contained to the repair area of the home. The employees were up and down, in and out of that plastic wall that the dust didnt stay contained. The sales person also told me the team would wear booties, they didnt. Last thing the concrete that was washed off tools and buckets was done in my front yard and flower garden, i found some and so did my lawn mower. I was a little upset about that.
I chose Basement Doctors based on reviews.
