Our sales person was awesome! Our installers were very kind and respectful. The actual installation failed to meet our expectations, you may make it right but doing it right the first time is preferred. It might be the product or process that failed but it did fail. That’s a hard thing to take in after a 12,000.00 investment, especially on day one after installation. I appreciate the willingness to accept the responsibility and your guarantee to make it right. I would suggest that final payment not be collected until both homeowners review the work with the product manager. Installation doesn’t mean success and that’s understandable.
Everyone has been respectful and reactive and that is appreciated.
Roger was great to us, he new his product and he was very honest. He also listened to our concerns and he got us to the right person but my husband missed his call. We work M-F and 8-6 isn’t when we are available.
Very respectful to us and our home. They even tolerated my very curious and loving dog. They asked zero questions from us but maybe they should have. When asked about tie into existing drainage tiles, they did tie it but really they didn’t. The yard is wet from the water draining into it but we had 2 existing tiles that dumped into the back of our property and Into the pond. The snorkel had water shooting out the next day but I was advised that would only occur if a freeze happened. It occurred the first rain along with knocking and thumping noise under the house. Again everyone was awesome but something went wrong and after a 12,000.00 investment, I will make it right did not feel as good as I did it right. I expected more because I chose a great company with the right kind of experience because your experience.
Be prepared to see your yard a mess but digging is digging and settling has to occur but man for the money, you would hope a few good men could use a tamper and to help it look better than it does at first. Better to have a bit of a rough look versus a tunnel for water to flow later. The co-Forman explained that well. I appreciated the explanation. We ordered a surround for our entrance and on the last day they could not get the lid installed due to the wiring of our direct tv. I could have moved that if we would have known prior. If the foreman came onsite before the job some of this could be avoided, talking through the process and taking in the surroundings to know what will work or won’t makes the most of everyone’s time.
