May have a "5" rating after I see how the system works and if the basement does stay dry.

No one called to re confirm the work appointment so I had to call to be sure that they were still coming as planned. When I called in, the young man who answered was able to confirm we were on schedule.

Part of the presentation should include the 30/45 day curing process on the concrete. I was very surprised when the crew informed me that I couldn't put the perimeter items back for so long a time.

Mike Pritt, Kyle and Eliot were very hard workers and pleasant to work with. They answered my questions and were respectful of my home and property.

cleanup/debris removal went well and they left my basement as clean as they could with the amount of mud involved due to rain during the installation.
