The Basement Doctor has exceeded all of my basement repair expectations. Everyone I encountered from start to finish was knowledgeable, professional and straightforward. I am so glad I trusted the salespeople and crew members to repair the basement issues. I now have a dry, perfectly repaired basement that will give me peace of mind through the wet spring and winter months!
Albert was very transparent during the entire consultation process; he was always available to address all questions/ concerns we had regarding the repair from start to finish!
David Bowers and his team were professional, knowledgeable and extremely respectful of the work space. He kept us informed of the progress of construction and made sure to answer all of our questions
The crew did an exceptional job cleaning up the workspace and returning all pieces of furniture back to their original positions. David and his crew even reinstalled all of the washer hoses that needed to be moved prior to construction, and he dusted all of the appliances that had been dirtied in the repair process!
