Austin was great and helped me decide on the right outcome. Super knowledgeable, candid and competent.
Mike (Pritt), Kyle, Jacob and Lester are all super young men who worked very hard, engaged me on all questions and left the project cleaner and better than they started. I feel fortunate that this was the team sent to my project and I thank all of them for the great effort and result.
Awesome. After the very invasive process required in Water Proofing a basement, they left the basement better than they found it. Thumbs up for sure!
What made you choose our company:
When Austin came out to evaluate and quote he offered up answers to all my questions and obviously understood the various options and solutions very well. It was very apparent that he and The Basement Doctor Team had the experience and knowledge in hand to fix this problem and do it correctly versus other partial fixes. I am actually selling this house and I am pleased to be transferring it to new owners who will have peace-of-mind and a system with a transferable warranty. Austin answered all my questions and made everything clear so I could make the right decision. My experience with Mike, Kyle, Jacob and Lester, the installers, as mentioned above, only made the experience even better.
