Delivered what they promised.
Found Basement Doctor as a result of an on-line search. Liked the product explanation, called and scheduled. Everything was easy and efficient.
Professional and easy to work with.

Brent Adams and crew did a great job keeping us informed during the installation and explaining the system after work was completed. Professional and helpful.
Rainy/snowy day. Despite a great deal of in and out to transport debris from the work site (triple safe system), everything was kept clean.
What made you choose our company:
Was looking for an established system to deal with the constant threat of water and moisture in the basement. I liked what I saw on-line, heard from the sales rep and pleased with the actual installation of the triple safe system. They delivered what they promised. Now I can sleep with both eyes closed at night.
